Arghhh! We cast off and set sail on the "Fearless" around Baltimore on Saturday as Urban Pirates. We got to dress like pirates, speak like pirates (ahoy! Avast! Arghh! Aye aye! land lubbers...), dance like pirates, and fight like pirates! Cool Cat Colby and Briny Bryce (their pirate names) were a little unsure of the experience, but we had fun (especially Bryan :). Our boat crew included Gullible Gilly, Distractible Di, and Finchy... plus the Captain. The kids liked squirting the water canons at the bad pirate (Mad Dog), and getting the treasure! Cassie liked watching Bryan do the pirate dances... walk the plank, raise the flag, and swab the decks!! It was a beautiful day for a cruise around the Baltimore Harbor. Unfortunately we didn't realize the camera lens was covered in salty sea spray when we asked someone to take our family pic.
