Alpaca Visit

We went to Eastland Alpaca for the afternoon. Alpacas are a cousin of the llama (and apparently in the camel family). Got to feed the alpacas (Colby tried to eat the feed as well... oops), walk them around on a leash & harness (Quest was ours), and pet two of the babies (called a "cria")... all while staying away from their back legs (they kick! and apparently spit... and generally aren't that friendly unless you are feeding them). And then of course we had to visit the gift shop and the free visit turned a little more expensive. Fun afternoon though =)
